The Chief Judge of the High Court of Justice is Hon. Justice Muhammadu Lawal Bello

Justice Bello was born on the 24th April, 1957 in Lere Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Justice Bello joined the services of Kaduna State Judiciary in 1975 as a Clerical Assistant. He studied along the line and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981. He was then appointed Magistrate Grade II in 1982 and rose through the ranks to become Chief Magistrate. He was appointed Solicitor – General and Director – General Ministry of Justice, Kaduna State in 1993 and was appointed Judge of the High Court in 1995, he has attended several workshops, seminars and conferences. He is married with children.
